Water chiller is optional, the melting furnace with water pump can work well even if it is without water chiller, But if equipped with the water chiller, it is more convenient to use.

Brief Instruction:
This desktop furnace is used for refining noble metals, such as gold, silver, copper, platinum, iron etc. It adopts medium frequency induction heating & DSP digital control circuits techniques. The actual heating temperature can reach 1600℃.

Operation Steps --3KG 1500 Degree Melting Furnace Gold Furnace Electric Melting Furnace
1. Use the power line to connect the melting furnace & water chiller
2. Put the crucible in the coil, press the operation switch and turn the power to maximum.
3. Put the metal into the crucible.
4. Press the operation switch, turn power to maximum and start melting.
5. High-speed melting is proceeding.
6. About 5 mins, melting is finished, turn off the stop switch.
7. Use the plier to grab the crucible and pour the liquid metal into a graphite ingot mold.
8. Let the machine run in 1 min and then turn off the master switch & pull the plug
